We are currently demolishing an existing property and grading the site so the ground floor will be lower than it was previously. The demolition has gone well. We salvaged the clay tiles and sold them on which fetched a good price. We had previously had all the utilities disconnected and stripped most of the interior. What we were left with was predominately wood framing and hardcore. We were able to find someone who wanted the hardcore - which reduced to cost of disposal. |
