We added the door frames and put a primer coat of paint on them.
We had to plane some of the doors to make them fit.

We have notched the doors and frames where the butt hinges are to allow the door to close.

These doors are oak veneer from Vicaima and are quite heavy. These are very smart looking doors that also have good sound proofing characteristics.

After adding the furniture the doors look, and as importantly, work great.
The upstairs doors we kept white to accentuate a light and airy feel.
To finish off we used solid brass knobs from Carlisle Brass - what a difference!
